Lovely Lavender All Night Long

Lavender is known for its aromatic fragrance. But did you know that it has relaxation benefits too? Recently, research has confirmed that lavender produces calming, soothing, and sedative effects. Specifically, it is said that aromatherapy with lavender may slow the activity of the nervous system, improve sleep quality, promote relaxation, and lift the mood in people suffering from sleep disorders.

Knowing this, I wanted to try a lavender scent in my bedroom to help me relax before bedtime and get a good night's sleep.
