The best innovative invention in centuries for those that have a hard time waking up in the morning. Many of us have a hard time waking up in the morning and really hate the sound of a blaring alarm clock with that awful buzz.

Today, you can enjoy waking up with the slow illumination of the BioBrite alarm clock simulating the sunrise. Along with this, you can have the alarm set to play your favorite radio station such as soft music playing or even the weather station.

The BioBrite radio alarm clock helps you to start your day in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere instead of being startled out of a sound sleep, thus making your entire day go smoothly. You can set the clock to begin to shine slowly 30 minutes before your wake up time, so your body will start to wake up in a gentle and relaxing manner. You can also do the same at night, so your body will slowly be able to drift off to sleep with the light slowly growing dimmer.

Ready for School?

You may have purchased all the school clothing, books, and supplies, but are you really ready for school? If you are like most parents, summer break is a time for fun, games, vacations, and of course no real schedule especially the bedtime routine. If you have teenagers, then you know what I am talking about. They tend to stay up as late as they possible can and sleep until noon. If this is true in your home, then you are not ready for school. No parent wants to fight with their children to wake them up and get them ready to head out the door for school, not to even mention the problem if they miss the bus.

The way to combat this problem is to begin at least two weeks before school begins and get back into the groove of the school time schedule including the bedtime routine. The best way to help your child recondition his internal clock is with the aid of a Sunrise Alarm Clock. This unique alarm clock by BioBrite will give you all the help you need to condition your child or children to go to bed on time and awake at the right in the morning. Not only will it help your child, but it will also ease them awake instead of startling them, which is a much better way in which to start the day.

The way the Bio Brite Sunrise Alarm Clock works is that 30 minutes before time to retire, the illumination will begin to fade just as the setting sun and in the morning 30 minutes before time to get out of bed the alarm clock will once again slowly begin to illuminate simulating the rising sun.
You can change the settings of the BioBrite alarm clock for different dusk and dawn settings according to the time it takes for your child to wind down or to wake up from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. The best feature is during the night it will not completely be totally dark, as it will only fade to 10% darkness so it will be better for smaller children.

Get your children ready for school with a bedtime routine they will enjoy and take out the stress all everyone.

Sleep Problems in Children

Children of any age can have a variety of sleep problems. Some of the most common sleeping problems seen in children include waking up several times during the night, talking in their sleep, have problems falling to sleep, waking up in tears, being sleepy throughout the day, nightmares, bed wetting, and even waking up early.

The majority of sleep problems in children is related to anxiety about falling asleep (separation from parents) and poor sleep habits.

Both of these causes can be distinguished with a bedtime routine and the creation of a sleep environment. If these tips do not help, then you may need to seek professional help as the problem may be related to emotional problems.

A bedtime routine should include quiet time at least thirty minutes prior to bedtime. This time should also be quality time with one or both parents and can include a relaxing bath, reading a book, or even cuddling and listening to soft soothing music.

To create a sleep environment you will need to ensure all toys and distractions are taken from the room or put away in a closet. It is best if you have another room that can be used as a playroom, if not teach your child to put away their toys in the closet. They will learn that play time is during the daylight hours and that the toys need a rest period as well, at least while they are young.

The room should not be overly bright. You can use such things as a white noise machine to help in absorbing all the sounds that might be awaking your child in the middle of the night. Ensure your little one that you are nearby and that you will be there when the sun begins to shine. One great way to teach your child this concept is with a Biobrite Sunrise Clock Junior. This alarm clock uses light therapy. The sunlight created by the clock will slowly fade away and in the morning, it will slowly begin to shine just as the sun. This will help your child understand when it is time to rise. You can set the clock so you know you will up and ready to begin your day when your little one is awake.

With the help of a sleep noise machine or a sunrise alarm clock, your child will begin to adjust to sleeping the night and waking up rested.
