Directions for Use
Reach over head and gently pull ear up and back on outer ear to straighten ear canal.
With opposite hand, grasp earplug stem and insert by pressing forward in a circular motion to form airtight seal.
Wear the plugs the entire duration of the loud event.

For optimal effectiveness, please ensure that the earplugs are fitted and maintained in accordance with the instructions.
Before use, check for signs of wear. If earplugs become hard, torn or deformed, they should be replaced.
If you are having trouble getting the plug to seal, re-insert and wiggle stem while gently pushing plug to form seal.
If you are having trouble inserting the plug into the ear canal, try inserting with the tip pointed slightly forward, toward face.
Remove slowly with twisting motion to gradually break the seal.
Cleaning Instructions: After use, wipe earplugs clean with damp cloth. Do not immerse in water. Alcohol is not recommended.
